Brings Christian men to boys - Working with boys in small groups, a man can have a real impact on their lives. We seek to minister to the unique needs of each boy and provide him with a model of Christian manhood.
Brings the Bible to boys - In Cadre time we study God's word. The boys discover who God is and how he works in their lives and in the world. They are challenged to claim God's promises and commit their lives in His service.
Brings meaningful growth experiences to boys - Using the Cadet guidebook the boys are encouraged to explore and develop the gifts and talents that God has given them. We also go on fun outings that help build skills and character in each boy.
Brings the church to boys - Leadership and discipleship skills are developed while encouraging them to use these skills toward future service at home, church and school. The church devotes one Sunday a year to acknowledge the Cadet club and what God is doing in it. On Cadet Sunday the boys take an active role in the worship service, teaching them that they are also a part of the church.
Brings boys to boys - Community outreach is natural as boys share their Cadet experiences with other boys. Building relationships with other boys in Christ is an important foundation in their lives that they will value later in life.
